Western Civ is from Florence, AL but there isn't even a hint of Southern Rock here. They are the kind of band that can make a slacker out of you too. The experimental guitar work (with plenty of feedback) is only enhanced by the strange variety of percussion instruments that include 50's Zylopipes.
