Instructions for submitting backing vocals for "If Every Day Were Christmas" follow.
The deadline for submissions is November 23, although the sooner you get your files to us, the better. Please remember to clearly state the artist/band name along with contact information.

- Download the file PMNChristmasChorus.mp3
- Download the lyrics.
- Download the sheet music. (The melody is the middle part.)
- Decide which backing vocal part you'd like to contribute. For guidance, you can download one of the following mp3 files, which illustrate the individual vocal parts with a click track and piano:

- Import the PMNChristmasChorus mp3 into a 24-bit/48 kHz multi track session and start the file right at 0:00.
- Record your vocal part with the best quality microphone you can get your hands on. Make sure your recording level doesn't peak and, if you plan to use signal processing, please be careful not to over-compress the vocal. Don't be too critical of your performance. We'll make you sound great!
- Export ONLY your vocal part (without the backing instrumental track and without reverb) to either a .WAV, .AIFF or .SD2 format at 24-bit/48kHz resolution.
- If you have an ftp or web site, upload your file and send a link to it to recording@besharpstudios.com. If you don't have a web site, you can use http://www.yousendit.com to upload your file and send it to us.
- CD-ROMs containing audio files are also welcomed. Send them to
